SHARI'AH ADVISOR and CO-ORDINATORS (Shariah Advisor)
This is the most integral department of any Islamic bank as it is responsible for giving approval for the launch of any new product, scheme or structuring/participating in any transaction in terms of it being in the scope and parameters of Islamic Principles. The Shari'ah Advisors consist of eminent Islamic economic and financial scholars. The Shari'ah Advisors will advise the management company on matters relating to Shari'ah Compliance and recommend general investment guidelines, consistent with the Shari'ah. Any verdict issued by the Shari'ah Advisors in relation to any Shari'ah related matter would be final and acceptable by the Trustee, the management company and other parties related with the matter.

Proffessor Mufti Muneeb ur Rehman
Professor Rehman is a well known and renowned person in the field of Islamic Fiiqah and Shari'ah all over the world. He has vast experience in teaching of various subjects on Islam and giving Fatwa for thirty years. He has also written books on Islamic Ideology and concepts. Mufti Syed Sabir Hussain
Mr. Hussain is an M. Phil and is writing his Thesis on Shari'ah Board Stock Exchange Trading. He has completed hid PGD in Islamic Banking and Insurance and Insurance System from London and MS from Hamdard University Karachi. He has over five years of teaching experience at Dar ul Uloom Amjadia as Head of Department of Islamic Finance and Economics where he delivers Fatwas specifically in the field of Islamic Economics and Banking and Islamic Inheritance law.
He has completed his religious qualifications from the following institutions:
